Our principles of conduct, the "Bentley Code of Conduct", are the supporting foundation that gives us orientation in our efforts to fully meet our responsibilities towards patients, medical professionals, suppliers, business partners, investors and employees. We must comply with laws and regulations and maintain the trust placed in us. Together with all employees, we are committed to acting honestly and sincerely at all times and explicitly encourage people to report irregularities or infringement.

At Bentley, we demand openness and transparency as well as respect and tolerance towards all people, regardless of their religion, gender, nation or culture. Our management and all employees are required to treat all living beings, the environment and resources with respect and care.

We see the Bentley Code of Conduct as a valuable resource for management and employees in all areas of activity in order to continue to be recognized as a reliable business partner and employer, as well as a fair competitor. The fact that all employees take the Code of Conduct seriously is reflected in the appreciation they have for their colleagues internally, as well as for all people associated with Bentley.
