Our principles of conduct, the "Bentley Code of Conduct", are the supporting foundation that gives us orientation in our efforts to fully meet our responsibilities towards patients, medical professionals, suppliers, business partners, investors and employees. Our Code of Conduct is also the umbrella for other decisive policies, such as Bentley’s Diversity Policy, Environmental Policy, Anti-Corruption, Money-Laundering Prevention and Anti-Bribery Policy as well as our Whistleblower Policy. Our Code of Conduct and our policies apply to the entire Bentley Group (Bentley Endovascular Group AB (publ) as well as to the subsidiaries Bentley InnoMed GmbH, Bentley Switzerland AG and Bentley US Inc.). We must comply with laws and regulations and maintain the trust placed in us. Together with all employees, we are committed to acting honestly and sincerely at all times and explicitly encourage people to report irregularities or infringement.

At Bentley, we demand openness and transparency as well as respect and tolerance towards all people, regardless of their religious beliefs, gender, marital or parental status, sexual orientation, political affiliation, ethnic or national origin, age, disability or other categories protected by applicable laws. Our management and all employees are required to treat all living beings, the environment and resources with respect and care.

We see the Bentley Code of Conduct as a valuable resource for management and employees in all areas of activity in order to continue to be recognized as a reliable business partner and employer, as well as a fair competitor.
